a friend of mine took his 14 year old son hunting saturday afternoon first time he carried a gun to the woods and kills a nice little 8 pointer

Let a nice 10 pointer walk last evening. Watched him for several minutes. Left him for one of my family members, I hope. Saw a nice 8 this morning. With the rut coming on, it's way too early to be bucked out.

Here is the 1st one. 2nd I didnt get a pic because my phone died. I had to buy a new cooler today! I’ve got 3 1/2 deer to clean and process this week. Looks like I’m done hunting for now. What a great day to be in the woods. I seen 12 deer today. Missed a 3rd doe at 30 yards or so. Good size 8 ptr chasing a doe. I’m officially out of bolts and broadheads as well. I need to hit up field an stream!
