Got off at 7am made it to woods at 7:44am. one beat me here by the time I got my rifle up it was walking off. Now 2 black dogs out here running around 🤬
Did not see a thing this a.m. behind the house. Wind was whipping.
Had a small 4 try to slip by me. Watched him for about 7-8 minutes and kept looking for something bigger following him. QDM county, so he lives another day unless he catches a car. I'm not really seeing any rubbing or scrapes, so may give everything a couple of days rest down there.

Meriwether, we are still hitting mid to upper 70's in the afternoons. Next week we get a cool down. The cooler hasn't said they are seeing hot does on a regular basis yet.
We are in Washington County last weekend Big Bucks started cruising! We killed 2 off my property. Think this will be the weekend of chases! We have cooled down considerably
