They are lightweight and very versatile since you can install AR platform components to your 10/22 rifle. They give the gun an all-metal feel and very solid performance. These are super high quality add-ons for the 10/22.

I’ve never built a 10/22, but seeing all those Anschutz straight pull 22s in the Olympics made me want to try something different. It took some doing to get the receiver and stock to play nice, but I’m really happy with how it came together.

For those that don't know, AMT rifles are 10/22 clones, only better. They are all stainless steel, including the receivers, triggers and trigger housing. They came from the factory with Timney trigger and Clark barrels. Plus the Hunter model, like I picked up yesterday, came with a receiver tang from the factory.
