So how the heck to I remove this little thing from the hole if it is seized in there? Tried hammers and heat and wd40. It was involved in a flood and has been like this for 5 years. I have got everything cleaned up but this. Very frustrated.

Try soaking it in a penetrating oil, like Kroil for a couple days.
put it in a bucket of diesel let it sit for 3 or 4 days that'll do the trick
