10-28 hunt

I also do everything myself
my neighbor shot one last week and quartered it up and drove from NE Bartow to Monticello to the processor he uses because his wife likes their sausage, it's a 6 hour round trip
I told him Cabela's sells grinders and Academy has good spices & casings, he told me he didn't have time to do it, go figure LOL
6 hrs.........:confused2:

Being able to walk out the door and be in the blind/stand in 5 mins. Or standing in the yard before you make it there. And take one down is very lovely. I wouldn't trade it for anything. During deer season I'm always standing at the back door with the binoculars
:becky:Yep, always lookin out the winder or lookin around when I'm outside......

Saw my spike about 7:30 this morning. He kept looking into the woods at something, but it never came out. Wind starting whipping from the lake and I called it a day about 10am. My spike and most likely the 4pt made several scrapes on the property. Small deer looking at hoof prints in scrapes.

A bad day hunting is better than a good day at work.......

Probably both. Never had 4 wheeler. Always had a truck. Then a 4x4 truck and a tractor. With a loader on it.......As you get older, work smart not hard.....
I try to but when my expertise don't know how to fix the wheeler. I'ma have to work hard lol, and my 4 banger front wheel drive ain't gonna cut it in the back 40 😂
