In a free market, the seller sets an "asking price" but the buyer sets the actual "sale price". The sale is a voluntary transaction whereby each party feels the actual sale price is agreeable to them individually. What a third party thinks of the sale price is immaterial.
The 1st Amendment guarantees American citizens (in theory) the right to say whatever they choose, so long as their speech does not infringe upon the rights of others. This guarantee applies especially to speech which is unpopular or which some may find objectionable. Popular speech usually needs no such protection.
An individual has every right to voice their opinion in favor of, or against something.
Some people have way too much time on their hands to worry about other peoples business.
