I've ordered from Quantico several times without complaint.
I ordered a Benchmade knife for my son when he was deployed then got an email saying that item was out of stock, would I like another model. When I explained why I ordered it they upgraded to a better knife at no charge and threw in a bunch of stickers for his shop.
