shot a Doe right after daylight this morning
had a new helper
neighbor girl heard my shot, she waited on her porch listening for me to come out of the woods
then she ran through the woods to my house to help, yes kids around here still run through the woods
her Dog Cooper waiting for scraps

Damn, a 180 grain core lokt ballistic tip makes a mess

I shot a spike and guess the bullet hit a rib or leg bone and exploded. Left a fist size hole in its chest.

Been pretty quiet so far today... had one nanny with twins, doe/button head with her.
