I'm getting a late start, thought it was supposed to be raining here. Says it's pushed back till 10 now though.
Rain in screven county. Gonna go sit and watch the rain.
Been at work since 0530 watching it rain. About to go out in it and verify equipment on the yard. Good luck to everyone heading to the woods.
Thought about given it a shot with this pig.

I’m getting mine out of the holster more often now as the season progresses. I’m about to be less choosy of what I take with it as the rut winds down.
Already had a small buck and a doe lined up in my red dot, didn’t want to take either during the peak of the rut.
Well I grunted in pretty big 6 pointer this morning, shot him facing me. Found lots of blood but no deer. Shot him at 9:40, called it just now. I’m hoping he’s dead, which I think he is just don’t know where.
Hunting through ODT this week. Had a decent amount of time off, but fighting the flu since Tuesday. Pray some good fortune for all of yall out there after em. 
Sorry for your misfortune. Maybe a tracking dog can aid in the recovery.
