I saw a big mystery deer a little after 6:30 and two spikes after that this morning. Ive seen a momma and her two babies so far this afternoon.
I got a few pics of bucks on the move this morning. I wish I had a better pic of the 2nd one. He looks pretty nice from what I can tell.

Been their done that killed a 6 point At 8,45 wasn’t cold on Russell WMA this am no wind either. The deer on Russell don’t run to big 98 pounds gutted 3 1/2 year old deer. Rut not kicked off yet starting make some scrapes.
I saw a $1000 deer about 4:15 this afternoon chasing a doe. That's processing and getting a mount. He was a stud. I saw him for 4 steps on the trail and didn't have a shot. Saw 2 does and another 4pt on the same hunt.
Ended up seeing a 4 pt, 3 pt, 2 does, 3 babies and 23 turkeys.
