11/8 Hunt Paulding Forest

To add insult to injury, his Marlin 35 has a round jammed in it and he can't cycle it to get a fresh live round chambered. I guess after him stomping around for 2 hours, I won't hunt that stand for a few days.

Popped this one at the farm this morning. He stepped out right after the rain stopped. His right side is all goofed up, so he needed culling. No sooner than he fell, another buck stepped out. He watched me drag this one out.

Stayed in the woods until 12:30 and came out empty handed but an awesome hunt. Hopefully I can get it done tomorrow!

I’ve been sick and gave up this morning to go home sleep and try to get over the funk. My lungs are sore from coughing. I’m not sure If I’ll even try tomorrow
