I called Brownells this morning. The lad code expired last night. Shipping is not free. Items weighs 345 pounds and must be shipped by truck freight with lift gate. The rep that I spoke to couldn't provide a shipping cost. To get a shipping price you will have to leave a message for the shipping and receiving manager
go through this every cycle.
