This is the fc13s which I don’t know what the difference is. I think it means which user interface it has but not sure. Still a dang good price on a powerhouse light. Actually, I think that is less lumens that the standard fc13 right? The S is 2500 and the original was 3000? I used to have the original fc13 when they first released it but can’t remember the lumens.

Just ordered 3 and nope, the code doesn’t apply to these.
I do as well. I couldn’t possibly use as many flashlights as I have unless I furnished a search party, but I just can’t help it. I just ordered 3 and I’m literally fighting the urge not to order another 7-10 of them because of how good they perform for that price.

To anyone getting one and keeping it for themselves, here is the operation graph. Their pamphlet they give you requires a magnifying glass to read this. I like group 2 because you can go straight to turbo from just one tail switch click if you had it set to turbo when you turned it off.
You can actually(if I’m not mistaken) remove the center spacer part of the light and use an 18350 battery and connect the tail cap to the front and have a short stubby version of the light.
