Mine also showed up today. Still wrapped up in shipping package.
Just put one on the charger. Waiting for red light to quit flashing.
Yup. If it’s red it has below 30% and green is 30 and above.(when you turn the light on)
Mine says it was delivered yesterday , but wasn't. Do I wait a couple of days or contact the company. Haven't had this problem as I hardly ever order anything.
I think once they get the US it would have been taken over by usps but I’m not positive. I’d wait one more day and then contact wurkkos and see what they would advise you to do. They typically have a very good customer service from what I’ve experienced.
Actually I wouldn’t even wait a day since communication with them is kinda slow. I would also look over the shipping details and make sure there wasn’t a slight typo somewhere and it end up at your neighbors house or in the neighborhood. I’ve done that before as I just overlooked it and typed too fast.
Info is correct. We are the only house on this street , but some lazy Amazon drivers used to leave packages at house opposite of ours on the wrong street. UPS guy is great here, but don't know what the shipper is. I'll wait another day or two.
Probly a usps driver that sees a house in the half mile vicinity and says “good enough” and leaves it there. I have to take mail to the neighbor all the time at both sides of me cause usps just leaves them wherever is convenient.
