I have a TALON ARMAMENT GAR-15 in 5.56 1 in 7 twist 16" upper (made in Kennesaw) very low round count...I am looking for a 13.7" upper that doesn't have to come with a rail. My upper is complete and will come with the accessories. Also if anyone is selling a 13.7" let me know, thanks.
