1891/30 Bayonet Marks - Need Some Help

I was digging around in the bayonet box (What? Don't tell me you don't have a bayonet box) to give to a buddy who picked up a 91/30 that didn't have it's fishing spear, screwdriver, roasting stick, hammer, nose picker attachment when I came across this guy. Pretty sure it's an Izzy but I don't remember where I got it, and I can't seem to remember or figure out what the mark next to the "D" is.

Anybody care to help?

the arrow inside the triangle designates the Izhevsk arsenal. The squared-off U shape is Cryllic for ts which is an arsenal mark that probably designates that it was refirbisehd and checked out ok.
