Does anyone else like Ivory? Real Ivory?

Wow...that is slick

Damn, you picked a hell of a first gun. I like that Sig too. After shooting a couple Sig 1911's I MIGHT be able to get over the EE some day; they are really great shooters and offer a lot of features for the money. :thumb:

I love the sig (shoots better than my fathers kimber ultra carry) the only downside to the Sig is holsters can be a bit of a pain due to the slide design. The guy at the gun store thought i was off my rocker when i told him the Kimber was the first gun i was ever buying, i did my homework and shot a few before hand though.

Sissy gun...

I want to know who makes the magwell they use on the Sig C-3+

Sig uses a two piece, there is an Allen screw at the bottom, they use the same one on my Ultra Limited 1911. The Smith & Alexander one piece does just as well, I made my standard C3 a + by adding it and factory Magwell cut grips. Also installed a Wilson Combat slide release lever. Just need a Sig Custom shop trigger and I'm done with this one. It annoys me that Sig won't sell me one, they also won't tell me who makes it for them, I have to send the gun in to have it installed.

I want to do that with this steel framed one, but I want the magwell to fit flush with the grips like yours does. Did you have to take any meat off the magwell?

No, just bought the right parts and installed, both came from eBay. Also using a Wilson Combat 47OX mag.

Yours will look great like that, here is my full size with the same stuff done only using VZ double diamonds.
