1996 Dodge Ram 1500 semi-restore project questions

My beautiful 97 ram. Professional krylon paint job. Nothing works but the engine and transmission, she just won't die.

My Dodge is the only one I know that doesn't have a crack in the dash. And it's been outside most of it's life. 2005 model. My In law's is an 03 and it's decentagrated. It was inside most of it's life

"Secret ingredients" plastic, I suppose. Either yours has it, and it works, or everyone else has it, and it doesn't.

Everything works on my 94, ac/heat, cruise, mirrors. And has been right here in Lagrange area since new. Only outside too, so the dash has held up well considering the history of these.

That's one you never get rid of. Cause you do, the next one will be a lemon for sure

I've seen some bad ones, but not that bad......Good news though, now you can build a good one that'll last. Just put some cushion on it in case of an accident

I see yours has a crack where the radio used to be… mine cracked in the same place 😂

My heat, AC, cruise and mirrors work, too. Although I find the cruise setting is more of suggestion than an actual set speed.
