Who makes a cheap ( 2-3 hundred bucks. 20 gauge semi- auto shotgun with a short barrell. ? My purpose is for shooting cans and such.

Numerous makes and models out of Turkey, don’t expect to get more than 500 rounds out of them before they fall apart though.

For that money you'd better buy a single shot or pump.
Go with a 870, I have two and love them.
Lotta quality older pumps floating around. Good American steel lasts. Shoot, even well designed aluminum receiver pumps last.
