I just told the GSU Alumni to go after Kelly; he would so great down there. With $53MM in the bank, he can work for less and be a legend in Statesboro.

YES. Clay Helton needs to go. This season has been one big cluster **** of piss poor coaching. He has lost control. It's a damn shame that Georgia Southern just signed that 5 year contract extension with him. The Eagles need some serious improvements in the coaching department, and we also need to stop starting that 7th year super senior JC French and look for a younger QB that can be developed.

GA Tech has a chance to beat UGA this year, probably the best shot in many, many years. If they do, then maybe Tech can squeak into the 12. I don't think they can get into THE championship game. That is probably too much to ask of them.

Let's see how the rest of the season goes first, as it all hinges on being 11-0 going into Athens. Then we'll see how Tech stacks up against UGA.

If they end up as a one loss team, a nice bowl invitation & win would still be a great season.

Being 12-0, beating UGA AND being in the 12 team playoff would be a dream season for the Jackets.

A Tech win would crash the party atmosphere of this whole island (except for this one couple who are both Tech grads, they would be insufferable 'til next year's game.)
