This may be second hand, but it’s from three people I know and respect: Satan, er, I mean Saban, is not overflowing with “class”.

As a “celebrity “ or “public figure “ , he’s notoriously not approachable off camera. He loves the fame, but did not fulfill expectations.

In a word, he was a “cold prick”.
