.22 LR plinking rifle suggestions

I am looking for a plinking rifle in .22LR more than likely leaning towards something with a heavy barrel.

What would be your top picks??

I'm partial to bolt action .22 firearms because they're not particular about ammo. Semi-autos can be more finicky. Brand-wise, I favor CZ but there are many good options. I'm also a fan of buying used when I can.
