.22 rifle/carbine

Hi, I'm looking for a reasonably priced .22 rifle / carbine to teach my nephew how to shoot. Preferably a 10/22, but open to offers. Takedown would be a huge plus.

both are in excellent condition, purchased new by me, your US Army forward observer. I am selling all, including two motorcycles to cover legal fees. My local gun shop has helped me to value my firearms, as the market is literally climbing weekly.
