I have a Marlin 80 dl , bolt action, 24 inch barrel, 22lr , complete peep sites that are adjustable, one mag , I have it zeroed for CCI 22 Short Hollow points varmint ( 1105 fps), surprising how hard it hits. Took it to a gun/pawn shop years ago to trade for something I could but a scope on. Guy told me my gun was better than anything he had for sale and the peep site was worth just as much as the gun. I used it on racoons and feral cats in my backyard until I decimated the population.
