3 barrel rifle/shotgun identification.

I didn’t want to post this with the other thread if by some chance one got more replies than the other but here is another firearm from my friend. I looked it over and over and found no markings anywhere. It appears to have two shotgun barrels up top with a centerfire barrel underneath. Has some nice engraving but I don’t know anything about it.

Looks like a blackpowder drilling made before the 1900's. All the relevant markings will be under the handguard and on the flats of the action. Its probably 11mm and 16 Ga 2 1/2" bp. Let me know if you need any help with it. I really like these guns
