3" GP100 front sight replacement?

Hi there.

As the title says, Im in search of a front sight replacement for my 3" gp100. It's so magnificent and accurate, but in most ranges and USPSA matches i go to its do dang dark to see the front post very well. Ive been painting it with nail polish lately but it chips off quickly from drawing and holstering. I know Gemini customs does them but Mark is a little pricey and Im just trying to see if anyone else knows of any other options.

Beerman if it's the same ODT fellow and I'm 99% sure he is a great guy replied to this Ruger thread.

I didn't realize the pinned S&W front sight is the same as the pinned Ruger sight. XS makes three heights of sights. Should be able to get one that is regulated to your loadings. There are others too (fiber optic).

So just to update anyone who stumbles across this thread Ive found two confirmed sources for replacing the fixed front sight...

http://www.hivizsights.com/product/rg2006/ - Apparently with this replacement you will need to drill a hole for the pin in the post they send
https://www.xssights.com/- And these guys dont list that their s&w sights will drop in to the ruger but the above linked thread states that if you call them they will give you the proper one that will fit. Im gonna order one of these options in a couple weeks and ill update.
