Most "Deals" are location specific.
Meaning , What you might think is a "Deal" where you are may be an everyday price somewhere else.

I believe that is just a gen 3 not an RTF as they have stated. Gen 3 Glock 22's are around $320 many places now. Gen 4's are just a few dollars more too.
