Not a bad price but you can find that stripped down one almost anywhere. By the time you add the shipping and the transfer it's probably the same as you could get locally.
It ain't got no sights...
Because many gun manufacturers put MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) on their guns so this is a way of getting around it.
They advertise it for one price then give you a better price in the cart.
Been selling these for $199 for at least 6 months now. No shipping or transfer fees.
And if you intend to put a scope on it, you don't need sights. It's just another option. You can get it with sights for another $75 or so.
Think about it. If you are wanting to build your own custom 10-22, you would have a hard time finding an action and trigger assy for that price. This comes with a barrel and a stock you can sell on ebay if you don't like them.
These are usually done because the manufacturer requires the MAP.
Otherwise, the bottom dollar price goes through the basement, great for the end user, but kills the margins for manufacturer, distributor, and the dealer.
$211.33 out the door...plus local transfer
