He has a permit to possess not to use for profit, different permits. Stupid but unfortunately the case.

Plus, its not illegal to have 1000lbs of tannerite... As long as you don't mix the 2 compounds together, its not illegal to have that much. I can order 5000lbs of it right now legally. The 2 compounds aren't illegal but is illegal once mixed if transported.
