Easy answer to this question..If you have to carry it anywhere at all, take the 9mm.

The Thompson is just stupid heavy at almost 15lbs with a loaded drum mag..No Thanks

9mm. Every time I break out a 9 SBR and let others try, they immediately want one. Nevertheless, I still want to build a 45 SBR.

Any specific recommendations? I’d love to try / look at one.

I’ve got a UZI SBR in 9mm. Got a .45 conversion kit for it also , I’ve never tried . Got a .22 conversion kit also I’ve never tried ! Thanks young man !

I’ve just never gotten around to it. Life has been busy and I’ve a bunch of little projects I’m trying to finish Maybe over the holidays. Son will be home on leave from the Army so we usually do a bunch of different stuff !
