I got a box of spent brass from my grandfather on my last visit and when I dug deep into the box I found quite a few live rounds I took one apart and it is lead core FMJ ball and the powder burns and the primer went off also I talked to him and it is original milsurp ammunition that he would pull the bullets and neck it down to .270

They are headstamped as follows
83 TW51-53
10 LC 52
1 DEN 43
1 TW 5 tracer

For a total of 95 rounds some of the cases are starting to tarnish but clean up nicely with some steel wool

My question is what is this going for these days I don't have a 30-06 and don't know anyone that dose in my area and I'm thinking of selling it or trading it ill be in the atlanta area from the 11th-15th of november and im gonna try to find a buyer for it while im down there but id like to get to get some input of what it may be worth before i put up an ad

heres a picture of said ammo

I can't help very much. THE "LC" headstamp stands for "lake City". Supposed to be top quality. I sold some a couple of years ago but I plumb forgot what I got for it.
