it can be moved out of the county, but it must be scrapped. it does not meet codes for anywhere now. it can be moved around the county it is in, only because it is grandfathered in. once it leaves the county, it is a trailer without a country.

Fill it with sandbags and bundles of old newspaper stacked floor to ceiling. then call it a backstop for your new shooting range.
The out side tin doesn't wiegh much and frames are only meant to hold up a trailer and get it to where it needs to be so they're not that thick and not that heavy but the two axles look like they weigh a whole lot .
A backstop not a bad idea but instead of sandbags and newspapers fill it full of jihadi and have a full on ammo dumping all day long shooting event G hottie and have a full on a mole dumping all day long shooting event

no problem. my dad picked one up about 15 years ago. same problem, it was a mile from his property, but one county over. so we stripped it down, and scrapped it. it was not really worth the work.
