try the 143 or 147 ELDM they shoot the best for me, anything under 140 gr i had trouble with good accuracy

I’m getting a brand new Fierce Carbon Rogue in 6.5 PRC the next few days! I have tons of protectiles in the 140-147gr range. Tons of different powder options too!

You guys shooting standard LR primers or LRM primers?

Mine loves the 140.gr. pills as well. I have some. Berger 130.VLD Target bullets I am going to give a whirl. I hope it like the lighter weight pills because I have 200 of them .

I’m running an 18” Bergara 6.5prc with the 135gr Berger Classic Hunters and took a doe with it. The bullet performed awesome and I couldn’t be happier. The attached picture is the entrance and what it did once inside.

My friend has a Bergara Premier 6.5 PRC and uses Hornady Match ammo. He took one last year at 680 yards. He bought the custom Turret tape for his scope and ammo he uses. It dead on to the yard. I think it was Kenton Ind. that did the custom Turret. I am getting one for mine as well as soon as I find the right reload combo .

I found the diamond in the rough in ammo. Norma 140 gr. Whitetail ammo. It's 27 bucks a box and my barrel loves it. I will try it out this year and see how it does. Accuracy wise it will put three in the bullseye at 100 yards as sure as tomorrow going to be here. I am stocking up on it right now just to have it around. I do have some once fired Hornady brass I am going to work up some loads with Berger 130 gr. pills and H4130 and N565 and see if I get anywhere with that. I am going to get some H1000 and try that as well. Hopefully I get lucky and hit a home run without to much effort. Good luck on that right? LOL
