I'd get a barrel threaded for my 1950 JC Higgins Model 30 semi-auto rifle. They can shorten it a bit also while they're at it. This sucker will outshoot any semi-auto out there and the contrast between classic old-school walnut and modern end-of-muzzle appurtenances will be sweet!
