Looks like we have a flash hole. Don't have a puller so mangled the case, and pic is hard to get, but it's certainly on the inside.

Full powder charge showed no signs of combustion. Poured out easily. Sent all this to PSA support just for R and D purposes, but zero response.

May have been a crushed primer as mentioned before OR some occlusion of the flash hole. Defective (upside down anvil in the cup) primer also possible.

Well I had already ordered 300rnds I bought on sale. So I’ll be sure to chime in if I experience anything similar.
