what do u mean by precious?

Look, I'm a "senior citizen" who sometimes mis-spells words and therefore uses a spell-checker (this site cannot afford one)
It's supposed to be "previous" and somehow the spell checker turned into "precious" ...
On the other hand, PSA probably thinks their customers are "precious" ... whaterver ...
