9mm or .45ACP

Looking for something to play around with and that may possibly end up as a truck gun. So I am looking for a decent pistol in either 9mm or .45ACP. No use for any other caliber. Not interested in any Taurus, Rossi, Smith, Kimber, hi point, or off the wall brands. Would be interested in a Ruger 9 series, 9mm or perhaps some sort of 1911. Also will consider 9mm glocks.
