A couple of questions regarding deer hunting dates

I am reading the GA Hunting Seasons & Regulations. I'm sure these are obvious for everybody except me....

What exactly can be hunted outside 'either sex' dates?

Also, referred to a WMA, does 'quality buck & antlerless' mean either deer with no antlers regardless of sex and bucks with at least four points?

Buck only if it's not an either sex date.

That would be correct. The quality buck minimum standard may be different depending on where you are. Flint River WMA has a minimum spread OR main beam length. Some may differ-best to read up and be 100% positive before going.
I remember the first year they would not allow you to kill spikes on BF Grant-some fella brought one up to the check station. It's best to know what you can/can't shoot
