Very decisive action, and quick response and use of cover kept the cop from being shot.

At least one other woman had good situational awareness. See the woman with long dark hair moving with a purpose, and pointing something out behind her to another in the group.

The LEO drew, kept a low ready with the gun and moved into position, then fired when she had the opportunity. Lot of detail at full screen nd going frame by frame.
