So are we saying that the only way to deal with habitual breaking and entering animals is to dispatch them? I am ok with that.
She could have loaded it up in the trunk and relocated the animal to a safe place!!

Humans are cheap and easy to replace. Ask any socialist government of the Twentieth Century. That's what these people are really hoping for.
Clearly, the wildlife people failed her, they should have killed the bear or re-located it themselves. You probably can't re-locate a bear once it has learned it can enter a house thru a window.
Reminded of the tale of the fellow in Gilmer county that called the wildlife people and asked them to move some of the bears around him as he was run over with them and they asked where he lived and he told them, and they said gee, that's where we re-locate them!
