a Ruger Wrangler

I would have no problem ordering one online but I haven’t seen any online stores with them in stock at a decent price. The cheapest local gun store transfer fee is $25. Trying to get one all in at less than $200. I could get out the door with one at Dahlonega Gun & Pawn for $161 if they were in stock. So definitely not willing to pay $220 and an additional combination of tax/shipping/transfer.

As my Dad used to say.

"Good, Fast, Cheap... pick any two".

Give Ruger a few months to catch up and they will be selling for well under $200 anywhere you look, but if you want one right now, you either will be hanging around gun stores a lot or paying a premium.

Yeah, I'll just soldier on with my '64 vintage Bearcat, and if I suddenly get the desire for Cerakote I'll drop off my worn 1st year production Colt Frontier Scout '62 somewhere.

I'm with B13 & JB, instead of waiting for Wrangler to be available
and battling the mob I went ahead and grabbed the RR 4.75
with cocomobolo grip. Besides, my $20 off coupon was about
to expire. Like that olde saying goes "A Heritage in the hand
better than a Ruger in an advertisement".
