For the sixth and final time. Nobody is saying somebody shouldn't be able to list whatever, for whatever.

But like we have ratings on transactions, and we have the "Like" and "Good deal" button, why shouldn't people, especially paying members, be able to voice an opinion on what is obviously a ****ty or shady deal, without having to worry about being censored or banned, or otherwise reprimanded?

Go back and read that again if you have to. :-)

I read it twice to make sure I understood. Sound like you want to be able to bitch someone out over what think is a price that is to high, more or less, right? You want to be able to do it without getting the nasty gram and your comments deleted. Go to the mods, not the pasture to get the change you seek.

Yes, when someone posts something that is so clearly out of whack, we should be able to make a comment or an emoji without fear of retaliation. Now you are getting it. I don't care what others have said about you, I had faith in you.

And I didn't go to the pasture. I followed the instructions in the email from the mod, and they moved it from the Help section, to here, in less than 60 seconds, making it clear that they obviously don't care.

Which is fine, it's their site. But they gave me the recourse to bring it up for consideration, so don't whine at me for making the attempt.

I get it now you want the right to crap in any ad that the price doesn't meet your approval. Screw the other person's rights. Sounds fair to me.

Yes, except for the screw the other person's rights. No rights are being trampled by someone questioning them or posting an emoji. Can you show me where you have the right to not see a post you don't like?

I saw so many people pissed off when Cheaper Than Dirt, overnight, quadrupled their ammo prices. Lots of members pissed off, outraged, vowing never to do business with those "price gougers", etc... But when THEY decide to get in the action, suddenly it's all about "their rights"... LOL

Grow up. This thread served its purpose. Gave me several more clowns to ignore, and showed me which members are shady and I wouldn't want to do business with. That's a win in my book. :-)

Brother this is their bbq, all we can do is show up and make the best of it and enjoy it. When it got moved to pasture, you figured it out quick that to the mods, it don't matter. But the block button still works, most of use it. Truth to tell, there is no telling who some of these people people are holding feet to the fire.

OP, you clearly don't get it. Posting an emoji or questioning the seller about the price, in his or her ad, has nothing to do with "rights". The rules state that you, or any member, can not post an emoji or question the seller about his price in his ad. You gave up the right to do as you please in a member's ad when you signed on to this site. Again, remember you agreed to follow the rules of this site. No one pressured you into becoming a member.
You want a change in the rules, contact the owner.

If you feel better after you post you displeasure with the rules, then post all you want. But if you really want change and not just seeking attention, contact the owner/owners. They make the rules.

Fair enough. I just feel like people disagree and call each other out all the time in all sorts of threads and topics... if someone can tell me I am being an ass for making this thread... why can't someone else let someone know that they are being an ass by clearly price gouging? If I list a magazine here in this thread, does that mean I am now immune from any negative comments or criticisms? lol
