Just saw that our very own Quiet Riot firearms was offering Tirant 9s for $350 and Tirant .45 for $500. This is an insane deal, and for anyone who buys today, you can claim the AAC damn the man $200 rebate (on their products - nothing with a serial # though).

Talked to the guys at QR today and they said you can pay for both the suppressor and ATF tax stamp by midnight, you would be eligible for the AAC rebate. An insane deal for a 9mm can.

I checked the rebate page, and they are showing a date of 12/31/14 FWIW although I have still not heard any official announcement.

"The promotion "AAC 2014 Damn The Man Promotion" is promotion number 55798 and it runs from April 12th, 2014, to December 31st, 2014. All redemptions must be submitted or postmarked by December 31st, 2015."

If it has, I'd say that AAC must be desperate to move some inventory before the move to AL.

Yeah seems to be the case for most manufacturers these days. I just wish they had some accessories in stock so I could cash in my rebate. I read somewhere that they actually did have all the accessories in stock but no packaging to ship them in so who knows...

sweeeeet! I can get in by months end then!

The neatest thing I saw at Jake's yesterday was the new AAC SR7. I was really, really tempted by that one. In the end though, I decided on a dedicated 556 can only because I know that 99% of my shooting will be with my AR's and I don't even have anything in 762 that I'd want to suppress. I waffled back and forth on a multi cal can for over a year. Ultimately, I decided that the only thing I'd want to suppress would be 300 and the cost of ammo would relegate it to a novelty for the most part.
