Water broke at 12:47am and I'm just sitting here waiting it out. Wish me luck fellas. its a girl and I'm more than excited.

Congrats.

Couple of pieces of advice.

1. Everyone buys cute outfits for their kids and folks ooooooo and ahhhhhh over them. That's great. However for the first 6 months of their lives the kids will pee, poop, spit up on, and otherwise get every outfit dirty. You'll change them 5-6 times a day. Go to Wal Mart, buy the threee packs of onesies for 10 bucks. Buy a lot of them. This is the cheapest way to avoid having to do a load of laundry every day.

2. This stuff is the single greatest diaper rash cream known to man. I've used it all, I've prescribed it all (i'm a family med doc), and NOTHING is as good as this stuff for treating diaper rash. I cannot say enough good things about it.

3. If your wife breast feeds she'll think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

4. I'm not a vitamin/herb/homeopathic believer. However, THIS stuff was the greatest thing in the world with our first son. When he was a baby, crying, upset, and nothing would quiet him down this stuff would. We made sure we were NEVER without it. I would have gladly paid 100 bucks a bottle for it. With our second son it worked good but wasn't full proof. Only would have paid $50 for it with him!
