Remember Marjorie Stoneham Douglas HS in Florida? The active shooter there killed bunches and the city police too afraid to even enter the building? It took another LE agency nearby to summon up the gonads to go in and clear the school.
That 'kid' had over 30 police callouts on him and every time the local police (Chief Israel, IIRC) and his Muslim outreach LEO crew did everything they could to keep him "out of the system." They even worked actively with the school to keep troublemakers "out of the system." Wonder where that little troubled shooter is now?
