Strange things goin on....cant post a question in the help forum and this mess when i do a search connection to 127.0.0.1:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

Theres no tab to start a thread. Had something else a minute ago. The "new posts" and "todays posts" were gone but are back now. Maybe I need to to reboot this machine.
