Hey guys. I’ve got an older Redfield one piece base with the turn in style front ring. Issue is I don’t have a Leupold ring wrench or anything like it laying around to adjust it as it’s slightly off center. What did people commonly use back in the day to turn these in or to adjust them? I just need to turn it maybe a quarter turn left to get it square. Thanks. IMG_4252.jpeg

Put the cap and screws in it tight so that you don't spring it out of shape, the turn it with a 1" aluminum bar, a wooden dowel, or plastic screwdriver handle that fits. Just don't want to mar the finish.
