we have the smallest blackstone. 17 inch i think. It has an H shape burner and if you turn it WAO then it gets little Hot in that pattern but its easy to work with. If there were more than me and wife and it was stationary i would certainly get the bigger(36) one. I cook outside at least 6 days a week. When i camp other than backpacking lol then it goes with me. ribeyes, brussel sprouts in bacon grease and fried cornbread tonight.

I have the same one...once you get used to it...no big deal....always need some hot, and some area not so hot

So… after everyone’s input on UH60Driver UH60Driver post, I pulled the trigger on a Weber Slate 30in 3 burner. Damn..2 hour put together time but I like it. It says it comes ready to cook right outta the box. Some kind of extreme pressure pre seasoning yada,yada,yada.. I’ll season again anyways.
Jury’s out if it’s worth the dollars but it’s well made for sure.
