I have finally decided to go, or get off the pot... not really sure which signing up is though... details details... Been trying to find an AK for a while, and have decided to go ahead and start looking for some trades! But, I could use some input...

Don't know if I should look for 5.45x39 or 7.62x39... and really don't know brands all that much... trying to stay fairly cost effective here...

A shooter - far and away. The only firearms that have had collector value to me are ones that have a little pony and the letters C-O-L-T on the side. For an AK, I am looking for something that is accurate (for an AK) reliable (HAHAHA its an AK... they all work) and that takes standard AKM furniture... I want to have options to customize as I see fit.
