People list fakes and counterfeits on here all of the time - especially in the optics and accessories section.Yea, it's illegal for the site to permit known fake / counterfeit items.

Yes I know this. I just got a counterfeit Magpul stock but it works and functions like it's supposed to so I didn't worry about it. I'm a little perturbed that how much I paid for a counterfeit item but you live and learn.
